This winter more than ever, we are longing to welcome you back to Verbier. In these uncertain times, spending quality time with those closest to us is more precious than ever. And where better place for some much-needed rest and relaxation than your own private chalet in the crisp mountain air of the Swiss Alps?
We want to reassure you that we have put extensive measures in place to safeguard both you and our staff against the spread of Covid-19.
And, notwithstanding Covid-19, our aim at Ski Verbier Exclusive is still to deliver all our guests an outstanding experience. You can have complete confidence that we will remain fully flexible. We will adapt our processes around your preferences to ensure that your stay with us is just as you would like. Furthermore, we will continue to adapt and improve our policies according to local government advice.
Cleaning
All our chalets will be scrupulously cleaned. Just one example of this is bringing forward our check-out time to 10am to allow us more time to prepare each chalet for new guests. All procedures will of course meet existing Swiss government guidelines or any that are brought into place. Hand sanitiser will be provided in all our chalets. Should you wish not to have housekeeping during your stay just let us know.
Social Distancing
To those of you familiar with the Ski Verbier Exclusive welcome, things will be a little different this year. All our staff will observe the necessary social distances and will wear face coverings at all times. Their smiles may be hidden, but you can rest assured that the same warmth, care and hospitality that are the hallmarks of an SVE holiday will be ever-present.

We have changed our terms and conditions to give you the peace of mind that your holiday is protected in the event of further Covid-19 disruption. Were the ski lifts or borders to close again, or if there is a requirement for you to quarantine on arrival in Switzerland, you will receive a 100% credit with Ski Verbier Exclusive, valid for 18 months.
Given the ever-changing picture at the moment, we want to keep you updated with the latest information and to give you the necessary peace of mind as you make your holiday plans. We will continue to update this page as the winter approaches and as the situation changes. However, please feel free to contact us to talk through any concerns or requirements you may have.
After last winter’s premature finish, we are very pleased that the authorities seem determined to keep the ski lifts running this time around. The snow has already started to fall and we’re busy making preparations for the ski season. We can’t wait for you to join us in our mountain home.
