With a career spanning over 15 years, Greg brings a wealth of experience and creativity to Villa Can Tramuntana. His journey began in some of the finest kitchens in Europe, where he honed his skills under the tutelage of world-renowned chefs.
Before joining us at Villa Can Tramuntana, Greg first made a name for himself working in our luxury chalets in Verbier. He consistently delighted guests with his innovative menus and impeccable presentation, making each meal a memorable experience. Greg’s philosophy is simple: to use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to create dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. Whether it’s a gourmet breakfast, a light poolside lunch, or a lavish dinner, Greg’s creations are sure to impress.
Greg’s previous experience includes:
- Working at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group; Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx, Paris (2* Michelin); and Pollen Street Social, London (1* Michelin)
- Winters in Verbier and Val d’Isere
- Summers on yachts, and in villas and private homes (including in Mallorca!)
