July in Verbier
The wait is finally over! Today’s lifting of quarantine restrictions between England and Switzerland means that Brits can at last enjoy the same freedoms that our European friends have had for the past few weeks and take a well-earned holiday to the Swiss Alps.
And the timing couldn’t be better. July in Verbier marks the first day of Verbier’s main summer season, with the lifts now running round the clock seven days a week from 8am to 5.30pm, transporting hikers, cyclists, parapenters, climbers and wildlife enthusiasts alike to the farthest corners of our mountain home. With all that space, fresh mountain air and adventure on your doorstep (plus plenty of wellness options if you just want to unwind), summertime in Verbier is good for the soul. It’s the ultimate social distancing holiday!
