Pre Arrival
Just as our catered holidays do, our self catered holidays also include our complimentary pre-arrival concierge service. Our concierge team know Verbier inside out and are on hand to organise all your pre arrival logistics so you can make the most of your time in Verbier. Ahead of your holiday your Concierge Manager will help arrange all the usual logistics plus extra assistance and advice with restaurant bookings and a pre arrival food shop (items charged at cost).
Welcome
A warm welcome awaits you in all of our self catered properties. We arrange a complimentary welcome hamper with a selection of local goodies and basic essential items to begin your stay.
Driving Service
We understand that arriving to the ski lifts on time is a very important part of your holiday. Our friendly drivers are on hand 24/7 to take you wherever and whenever you need to go in and around resort.
Food and Drink
There is no doubt about it, whether you opt for a catered or self catered holiday, the food and drink aspect still plays a big part of your holiday. If you decide to dine in our out, there are plenty of options to suit everyone. Verbier has an array of restaurants to enjoy and we work alongside with Verbier Delivery who arrange restaurant takeaway options via our Ski Verbier Exclusive App. We can also arrange fresh bread and pastries to be delivered for breakfast each morning.
Housekeeping
Your chalet will be cleaned by our housekeepers everyday and your towels will be changed mid-week. You can also enjoy our selection of luxury Bamford bathroom products, which in an effort to reduce plastic, are large refillable bottles.
