No matter how long your ski holiday, you always come home feeling it wasn’t long enough. You want to maximise the precious time that you have in the mountains. This is where the Ski Verbier Exclusive concierge service comes into its own.

After we confirm your booking, you will be introduced to a member of the concierge team.   Your concierge will need as many details from you as possible.  In fact the more details you give, the better your experience will  be.

Once we understand all your requirements we will then take care of everything so all you have to think about is what to pack.

We always pre-book anything that might be affected by availability such as ski instruction.   We take detailed information on ability and experience to ensure the best possible learning experience.   For the more advanced skiers or boarders, we can book guides and heli skiing.  For the younger skiers a private instructor can be arranged to ensure maximum progress.

We will of course have your ski passes ready for your arrival.  Rest assured, you won’t pay any more if we book these services as we don’t charge any mark-up.  You will be sent confirmations of any bookings made on your behalf and you will be advised of any extra costs in advance.  Also, you can be safe in the knowledge that we only work with trusted and carefully vetted suppliers.

With the skiing sides of things taken care of, we want to ensure the best dining experience for you.  Not only will we take detailed dietaries but we will put you in touch with your chef so you can discuss menus.  Closer to your holiday, we  will recommend and book any restaurants for you.

Nothing is too much trouble

The concierge team will arrange as much or as little of your holiday as you like. So whether it’s  a special occasion or a just a quiet weekend skiing, we can offer our expertise and assistance. We want each one of our guests to have the holiday of a lifetime.  Our non-skiing guests are equally important and there is plenty of entertainment that can be arranged for them too.

Private Jet

Increasingly, we have discovered that many of our guests prefer to avoid the larger airports.  For this reason, we are now working in partnership with an air charter company who can arrange a private jet into Sion, just 40 mins from  Verbier.

Ski Equipment Hire

Ski Verbier Exclusive ensures you have the highest quality equipment and ski rental fitting  in Verbier. Many of our guests want to hit the slopes straight away and they don’t want to waste valuable skiing time sorting out equipment. For this reason, we work in close partnership with  Mountain Air who offer Verbier’s largest fleet of rental skis and snowboards.  Their fitters’ experience and expertise is first class and, because we have worked with them for many years, they always go the extra mile for our guests.  So whether you are a beginner or expert you are assured of getting the best equipment and the perfect fit.

In-chalet Ski Fitting

You can pre-order your equipment ahead of arrival in resort via your concierge manager, or order on-line.  Once Mountain Air has all the required information, we will arrange a ski fitting at a convenient time for you.  For a small charge, the Mountain Air team will deliver your equipment and fit it in the comfort and privacy of your chalet.

Ski Fitting in-store

The Mountain Air store is well worth a visit and we often feel it’s best to have your skis and boots fitted in-store anyway! It is also definitely worth doing for any guests who arrive in Verbier before our 4pm check-in time.  One advantage of going straight to Mountain Air is that pre-ordering is not necessary and you can see the wide range of equipment on offer.  Our driving service will of course be happy to take you to Mountain Air, which is located at Place Blanche and a fantastic way to get to know your way around Verbier from your very first moments in resort.
As well as the latest range of ski and snowboard equipment from the world’s top ski brands, they also stock helmets, sleds and a range of safety equipment.
